Its technical and formulation know-how, combined with its customer-centric approach, aligns seamlessly with Disproquima’s values and long-term vision. Following the acquisition, the business will continue to be led by Agnieszka Choynowska, former co-owner of Enzym, who will assume the role of Country Manager for Poland. Her deep market knowledge, leadership and strong industry relationships will be essential to ensuring continuity for employees, customers and principals, while also driving the next phase of growth under the Disproquima umbrella.
